1. Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
The product must be returned in its original packaging
You must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

4. Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted for:

Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, software, or vinyl records
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be issued either:

to your original payment method, or
via bank transfer (for Cash On Delivery orders)

The refund will be completed within a few business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company (if applicable)
Contact your bank — processing delays are common

If you’ve completed all steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@bricomarket.com.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@bricomarket.com including your order number and details about the issue.
